Sorghum is a summer crop that is sown from October to November every year, and harvesting begins in march of the following year. Sorghum crops are mainly distributed in central and southern Queensland and northern New south Wales. Australia sorghum is traditionally used to feed livestock. But recently in the past few years, due to its high quality, especially its rich starch content, it has been increasingly used in ethanol production and has been favoured by liquor factories.
Barley is winter crop that is sown from May to June every year. And harvest start from December and January, its mainly used for malt production and part of the livestock market. More than 60% of Australia barley enters the high-value malt market and 65% of the total output is used for export. Australia annual output is basically maintained at about 9 million tons. Australia barley attracts strong market demand and consumption with its high quality and cost-effectiveness.
Wheat crop is also as same as barley crop plant time, but wheat is the biggest crop in Australia, the output is as high as 20 million tons, due to the local market small, so it’s about 80% of the wheat for exporting. accounting for the world’s wheat 10% of the trade volume. Australia wheat has strictly quality control standards and requirements for the seed selection to the entire planting, fertilization, spraying, harvesting and storage. Therefore, with its high quality and seasonal advantages, it’s brought more demand of the market.
Oats are divided into food grade and feed grade. It is also a winter crop. The main producing area are in Western Australia, VIC and NSW. In particular, the growth of oat crops in area is affected by low rainfall and short growing seasons and dry conditions limit the lush growth of green leaves, so as to concentrate useful energy on the growth of grain. Therefore, its product quality, especially test weight and moisture are far superior to the industry standards.
Canola is currently the fastest growing crops. Its output has now exceeded more than half of the total production capacity of Australia canola in the past five years with 90% of its value. Canola is usually used to extract oil for human consumption, and Canola meal is the main protein source for livestock feed. Although Australia is a relatively small canola producer, but it is widely recognized by the market as a high-quality product.
Cotton seed is one of the best countries in the world, the mainly because of its oil and protein content and moisture are far superior to the national standards and industry standards. All products of cotton seed are very valuable, including cotton oil, cotton husk, cotton linters and cotton meal are all high-grade feeds that are widely used by humans and animals.
Soybeans are a major source of nutrients protein for human consumption and animal feed, with the rapid increase in market demand, the production of soybeans has also increased significantly. We have a very close cooperative relationship with local farmers in South America.

Corn or Maize is a grass domesticated by indigenous peoples in Mesoamerica in prehistoric times. Corn can be used for food as corn flour, cornmeal, hominy, grits or sweet corn. It can be used as animal feed to help fatten our hogs, chickens and cattle, and it can be turned into ethanol, high-fructose corn syrup or even bio-based plastics

Crude vegetable oil is a mid-product which produced after dehulling, pressing solvent extraction and separation methods processes. These oils called” crude vegetable oils” due to including foreign matters, these foreign matter types and amount differs depending on the processes, storage conditions, climate conditions, plant growing conditions and soil structure, parameters during the degreasing. The foreign matter types divided into three as; @ arising from plants, @ occurs during the storage, @ occurs during the processing. Chemically, it can be stated as carbohydrates, phosphatides, absorption matter, in addition, these matters affect the colour, brightness, clarity, external atmosphere conditions of the oil under heating conditions, negatively.
